As a Support Technician at The Scylla Group, you will diagnose hardware and software issues, deploy and configure equipment, maintain equipment, and solve issues for customers while working in a fast-paced, team environment that strives to keep up with new technologies and trends.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, prioritizing and escalating tasks, and a desire to expand your skillset. You will work in a team environment where you will be expected to ask questions and contribute to conversations. We are a managed services provider and support a large client base. All team members work in a variety of infrastructures and with a mixture of technology products on any given day. This is a part-time or full-time position depending on the candidate. Job duties will mostly be carried out in our Warrenton, VA office, but will occasionally be conducted at client sites (local area).
